What is the length of the contract, and can it be extended?
The initial contract is valid for 2 years, as stated in the Contract of Employment. Upon successfully completing the contract, employees may be offered a new contract in another country where the employer or its partners operate legally.
In this arrangement, employees can rotate between the four specified countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland) over 2-year intervals, allowing them to work with us for up to 8 years.
Can I be transferred to another country within the EU?
Yes, the employer reserves the right to transfer employees to other countries where the company or its partners operate legally.
In such cases, the current contract will be canceled, and a new contract, documentation (including visa), and accommodation will be arranged at the employer's expense.
Additionally, the employer may relocate employees to a different location within the same country as needed, with updated documents and accommodation provided at no extra cost.
